Ongoing series of birds depicted on unglazed stoneware. These pieces each have a pair of canaries (Common and Red-Factor) bordered by stripey swirly worms. These platters have a sandy texture, hand painted with flat colour. Leaving these pieces unglazed and firing to 1200 degrees gives them a beautiful matt finish. For decorative use only, whether on a stand or hung on the wall. To clean, please submerge in water and allow to airdry.
